Ordered Thai Garlic Pepper Chicken with Rice which cost $7.90. While the serving is reasonably generous, the taste is rather bland and definitely not what you expect as an authentic Thai serving. Dish is just passable.
Branding and Customer Experience
Strange for a Thai outlet to have a brand name Ma Mum which reminds everyone of baby talk for ‘eat’. Its brand disassociation between name and food. There is no logo as the name itself is treated as a logo. All is self serving including returning the trays. Ambience is just like how you would walked into Bagus.
Needless to say, I didn’t enjoy the food but I got to admit that their homemade Thai Tea is shiok indeed.
